AUGUSTA A. TITUS

Redwood City Democrat

January 16, 1908

Mrs. Augusta A. Titus died at the home of her son G.A. Chew in Alviso Tuesday at the age of 70 years. She had been suffering of pneumonia for about two weeks before she succumbed. Mrs. Titus was a pioneer of this city having come here with her first husband A.W. Chew in 1855. After separation from Mr. Chew, she married J.H. Titus who died several years ago. Her only children were Benjamin and daughter Lillie who died several years ago. The funeral takes place from the residence today at 1 pm. Interment will be at Union Cemetery.
