OBITUARY ---------------EGGBERT E. WOLTERS

Eggbert E. Wolters, who last October lost a foot while employed at construction work on the railroad, became despondent because of his crippled condition and last Friday evening put an end to his troubles by committing suicide at Frank’s Tannery, at which place he was employed as a night watchman. Mr. Wolters was a native of Holstein, Germany, aged 51 years, and leaves a heart broken widow to mourn his loss.
The funeral took place Sunday afternoon and was attended by Metamora Tube of Redmen and the Tanners Union, of which organizations deceased was a member. The interment was in Union Cemetery. Mrs. Wolters desires to Thank Metamora Tribe, Improved Oider of Redmen and the Tanners Union for the assistance rendered her in her bereavement.
