Life long resident dies at home

Edwin Sherman Beer, a life Long resident of Redwood City dies Tuesday in the home where he was born at 113 Monroe Avenue, after an illness of three months. Mrs. Charlotte Johnson of Redwood City, Mrs. Bertha Hildebrand of San Rafael, Leland M. Beer of Santa Cruz. Beer’s usual occupation was that of a gardener and he was a member of a pioneer Redwood City family.

Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon from Roller, Hapgood, and Lorentzen Mortuary. Interment was in Union Cemetery.
