FRANK KING

September 12, 1901

Frank King, who has resided in this county for more than thirtyfive years, passed away at his home at Mountain Brow Thursday afternoon. Deceased was well known through out the state and for some years had conducted the summer resort at Mountain Brow, a picturesque spot on the mountain summit between Woodside and the coast, visited by hundreds of pleasure-seekers annually. In 1868, Mr. King was in business in this city and had been a county resident ever since the early ÓOs. He was a native of Albany, New York, aged sixty-six years. Besides his wife, he leaves two sons, Walter King of this city and Frank King, an attorney in Reno Nevada and three daughters, Mrs. Frank Granger, Mrs. Frank Berry, and Miss Elizabeth King. Thc funeral took place Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Congregational Church.
